Fire and Ice Dessert

This came with the National Steak Week press release and it’s something i’ve never tried but i’ve got a feeling it would be fab, especially if you put the ice cream on a few crumbled digestive biscuits.

Ingredients

• Vanilla ice cream
• Chilli Glaze (see here)

Method

1. Scoop ice cream into a bowl
2. Allow chilli glaze to reach room temperature and pour over the top of ice
   cream
3. Serve
