Fire and Ice Dessert
This came with the National Steak Week press release and it’s something i’ve never tried but i’ve got a feeling it would be fab, especially if you put the ice cream on a few crumbled digestive biscuits.
Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chilli Glaze (see here)
Method
- Scoop ice cream into a bowl
- Allow chilli glaze to reach room temperature and pour over the top of ice
cream - Serve
