Ways of using excess chillis – Number 2 : Freeze Them
This is a nice and simple way to save your chillis for up to a year, simply put them in a zip-lock back and place in the freezer, alternatively you can de-seed them and then freeze them.
They keep really well but they might go a little mushy when you defrost them it just depends on how long they have been in your freezer.

HI Kayleigh, stick them in goulash or chilli con carne or basically any kind of stew.
you could also puree them with some herbs and garlic and use as the base for a curry or stir fry
hope that helps
cheers
